The focus of Anna Ebers’ research is on evaluation of project risks from the investors’ perspective, especially applied to wind energy projects in Switzerland and energy cooperatives. At the Chair for Management of Renewable Energies, she is also responsible for the Consumer Barometer for Renewable Energies. Before she joined the University of St.Gallen, Anna Ebers worked at a large commercial bank in Estonia, a solar research institute in Germany, and at State University of New York in Syracuse as a teaching and research assistant, where she also defended her PhD in economics. Her other engagements include an SNSF cooperation project with universities in Estonia and Ukraine, which focuses on the transfer of know-how in the field of energy.
